Once Dr. Frank has determined your unique hearing needs, the next step is to ensure you receive the hearing aids that fit best. A fitting is typically scheduled one to two weeks after a hearing test, with subsequent annual follow-ups. Your full satisfaction with your device’s performance is important to us!

Dr. Frank takes extraordinary care in prescribing reliable hearing aids. Even so, problems are bound to happen from time to time. If you have any reason to suspect your device isn’t functioning or fitting correctly, then we encourage you to reach out right away to schedule expert repair.
